At YahyaEssential, we want you to love every item you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item(s) follow our return guidelines:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in branded boxes/dust bags and placed inside a protective outer box.
- Avoid marking soles or damaging the shoe box when trying on footwear.
- If a YahyaEssential security tag or brand tag is attached, it must remain intact.
- Cosmetics or beauty products must be returned unopened, unused, and with all seals fully intact.
- Lingerie, hosiery, and swimwear must have all hygiene seals attached, and the packaging must be undamaged and unopened.
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your underwear. We cannot accept returns if signs of wear or soiling are evident.
- Face masks are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including all branded packaging and documents.
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on delivery.
- Certain beauty products (e.g., perfumes, sprays, aerosols, essential oils, acids, tanning products, nail items) cannot be returned due to shipping safety restrictions. Contact our support team at yahyaessentials@gmail.com for clarification.
Items returned not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Returns Abuse Policy
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all, YahyaEssential operates a flexible but fair return policy. Excessive or suspicious returns may result in account restrictions or closure. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center or partner warehouse, please allow up to 6 calendar days for processing.
After approval:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
- Depending on your provider, it may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear.
- If you prefer, your refund can be issued as YahyaEssential store credit, which will be available in your account for future use.
How to Track Your Return
Use the Waybill Number found on your shipping documentation to track the return. You can also check the return status in the Orders & Returns section of your account. For guest checkouts, enter your order information [here].
Refunds for Cryptocurrency Orders
If you paid using cryptocurrency, your refund will be handled by TripleA in the same crypto, based on the current exchange rate.
You’ll be contacted via the email used at checkout. To claim your crypto refund, email TripleA at admin@ukessentialhoodie.com with the following:
- Full Name
- National ID, Passport, or Business Registration Number
- Country of Residence
- Your Wallet Address
Once verified, TripleA will send confirmation. Refunds typically reach your wallet the same business day, depending on blockchain network traffic.
Important: You must claim your crypto refund within 30 days of notification.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what was listed, please contact our team immediately at yahyaessentials@gmail.com.
We will assist in arranging a return and issue a full refund for the faulty item.
